I was getting an oil change on my 2016 Silverado. While I was waiting, I walked around the sales lot and saw a new 2020 Silverado that I really liked. Randy made it easy to trade my old truck in on the new one, even changed over my fifth-wheel hitch as part of the deal. I'm very happy with the sales and service staff at Regester's.

Initial call (on Saturday) was met with beyond the call of duty accommodation by the receptionist and service staff. When we arrived, the sales manager came out to greet and was with us to talk with the service guy when he determined the problem. When we picked up the car on Monday, another sales staff rang us up and encouraged us to let Regester's know if any problems weren't resolved. Obviously, service and customer engagement are so very well done at Regester's. Kudoes!

As always the service department at Regester's Chevrolet is efficient and does things on time. I was glad to see the Covid 19 guidelines were being followed regarding social distancing in the customer waiting area. I was a bit surprised more of the waiting customers were not wearing face coverings, but that's not Regester's responsibility.
