Just an annual inspection. Jon, the owner is an awesome man comes by and talks to everyone. Only problem I have is since I bought my truck in 2018, I’ve been having exhaust manifold issue never seem to 100% fix it just always patches it.

The professionalism and customer care here is outstanding! Starting with the online booking of service to the quick response from the service department to the easy check-in and attention of the service tech to the comfortable accommodations while I waited to the personal attention and explanation of the service, Regester's is premier, I think, among dealerships I have used throughout my life. Kudos to them! I will definitely be back for my next electric car, if the Bolt needs to be replaced (148,000 miles for 7 years, and counting!).

Garage was unable to help me diagnose intermittent issue of my car occasionally moving into high revolutions during cruise control and turning on my check engine light. Appointments being a month out allowed for enough time for my light to turn off and the error code to disappear and no diagnostics to be run. Incredibly unhappy with this dealer. Have exclusively owned Chevrolet's for 20 years and will be changing that with my next vehicle next year because of them.

My visit was a simple oil change. But saturday before this my keys got locked in my car due to failing battery in faub. I called dealership in hope of help. They sent a man out right away to unlock my door and get my keys and changed battery in my faub right then n there.Today i ask what i owed for sat. And i was told nothing.general manager said we appreciate your business and no extra fee for saturday.in todays world you barely ever get help for no xtra cost. I was greatful.

I felt that the deal I got was very fair, with a better allowance for my trade-in than I expected. My new vehicle was prepared well, and the sales experience was a very good and relaxed one. Features were explained thoroughly, although there is so much modern technology in every vehicle offered that the explanation of all this was/is a bit of an information overload (this is not Regesters’ fault, just modern times). If there are things I don’t understand, I know I can contact the dealership and get answers. I know from past experience that the service and maintenance I will receive for my new vehicle will be great. Everyone is so very cordial — top notch experience from top to bottom.

Howdy folks....Tom Wicks here. Lisa is out of town for a few weeks. Our experience at Regester was outstanding as always. From the phone call to arrange the appointment until the time we picked it up after service. Thank you for that. And Mr. Regester was his typical self with his greetings and coffee. A special man for sure. Denny in service was great too with keeping us informed of the maintenance progress and all. Thank you for that. On another note, our HHR needs service as it has developed a "rattle" type of noise back in the muffler area and I can't get down on the ground any longer to be able to check it out. not sure if it might just be a loose muffler clamp or perhaps the interior of the muffler has crumbled apart?? Anyway....Thank you again for yet another good service experience. The bill was quite steep, but new tires will do that. The wiring problem repair was unfortunate, but we are glad it is fixed. It was a bit rough to start. Service was extremely backlogged, and my car wasn't put on the computer for two weeks to know what was wrong with the car. (It broke down and let me sitting...tow needed). I had just bought the car in February. The issue was covered under my extended warranty, but there was also a dead battery. However, upon talking to my sales representative and the dealership, they agreed to cover the cost of the battery. The owners and employees are REALLY GREAT about taking care of their customers.

I brought my truck in for Recall, fluid change, tire rotation, and headlight adjustment. I honestly was expecting it to take a long time, but everything was done much quicker than I anticipated. I also like how, when the work is done they explain everything they did! I also drive 40 minutes to this dealership, while I have two other options that are closer, but I trust Regester way more then the other dealerships.

Had a "normal" service and oil change done, tired rotated. They also checked my battery for winter and it was not charging correctly, so they replaced it with a new one, so I'm ready for the cold! Pleased with the service at Regester Chevrolet. Very displeased with GM. The repair done to our 2019 Silverado is something GM has been aware of for years, but chose to only do a Customer Satisfaction program for certain VIN numbers in Canada and Alaska. Many 2019 Silverado owners, in the United States, have had the same thing happen to their oil cooler lines. GM claims it goes by VIN number. We are very displeased with GM and my husband said this will be his last GM product.
