Unexpected break down on my 2017 Silverado. Leaving for vacation and needed it fixed quickly if possible. Dropped it off Sunday- Kurt called Monday afternoon - all fixed up and was able to take it to North Carolina on Friday and had a great vacation with no worries. Howdy folks....Tom Wicks here. Lisa is out of town for a few weeks. Our experience at Regester was outstanding as always. From the phone call to arrange the appointment until the time we picked it up after service. Thank you for that. And Mr. Regester was his typical self with his greetings and coffee. A special man for sure. Denny in service was great too with keeping us informed of the maintenance progress and all. Thank you for that. On another note, our HHR needs service as it has developed a "rattle" type of noise back in the muffler area and I can't get down on the ground any longer to be able to check it out. not sure if it might just be a loose muffler clamp or perhaps the interior of the muffler has crumbled apart?? Anyway....Thank you again for yet another good service experience. The bill was quite steep, but new tires will do that. The wiring problem repair was unfortunate, but we are glad it is fixed. Her Traverse made it to her destination without any problems, and we knew it was safe for the long trip! Thank you for everything. Best regards, Tom and Lisa Wicks

I felt that the deal I got was very fair, with a better allowance for my trade-in than I expected. My new vehicle was prepared well, and the sales experience was a very good and relaxed one. Features were explained thoroughly, although there is so much modern technology in every vehicle offered that the explanation of all this was/is a bit of an information overload (this is not Regesters’ fault, just modern times). If there are things I don’t understand, I know I can contact the dealership and get answers. I know from past experience that the service and maintenance I will receive for my new vehicle will be great. Everyone is so very cordial — top notch experience from top to bottom.

It was a bit rough to start. Service was extremely backlogged, and my car wasn't put on the computer for two weeks to know what was wrong with the car. (It broke down and let me sitting...tow needed). I had just bought the car in February. The issue was covered under my extended warranty, but there was also a dead battery. However, upon talking to my sales representative and the dealership, they agreed to cover the cost of the battery. The owners and employees are REALLY GREAT about taking care of their customers.

Had a "normal" service and oil change done, tired rotated. They also checked my battery for winter and it was not charging correctly, so they replaced it with a new one, so I'm ready for the cold! I brought my truck in for Recall, fluid change, tire rotation, and headlight adjustment. I honestly was expecting it to take a long time, but everything was done much quicker than I anticipated. I also like how, when the work is done they explain everything they did! I also drive 40 minutes to this dealership, while I have two other options that are closer, but I trust Regester way more then the other dealerships.

We brought in the ruined tire and photos of the damage. The service technicians made a quick diagnosis, but they were backed up 3 weeks. After we flat needed the Bolt in, they were able to fit in repairs in a bit over half that time. Very satisfied with their professionalism and courtesy.

This may sound weird. Somehow an animal of some kind (rodent) got int the wiring of my truck. It was working perfectly on Saturday, by Monday morning all the warning signals were going off when I started it up. I called the dealership where I bought the truck (and had all the service work done). I told them about what was going on and they said bring it in, I told them that I was afraid to even drive it. I always got a free loner if they had to keep it. I also told them I needed a truck, while mine was in the shop. They delivered a truck and took mine. They told me what was going on and the damage that was done. As it turned out my best option was to turn it into my insurance. Which I did. The repair cost was about $5300.00, insurance covered all but $100.00. Register dealership fixed it and kept me informed of all the work along the way. Well done guys!

Pleased with the service at Regester Chevrolet. Very displeased with GM. The repair done to our 2019 Silverado is something GM has been aware of for years, but chose to only do a Customer Satisfaction program for certain VIN numbers in Canada and Alaska. Many 2019 Silverado owners, in the United States, have had the same thing happen to their oil cooler lines. GM claims it goes by VIN number. We are very displeased with GM and my husband said this will be his last GM product.

Our Equinox set a code and went into low power mode @ 4:30 pm and by 6:30 pm Regester's had brought us a loaner and picked it up.. The next day by 5 pm they called and said it was ready to go and we could pick it up. They are great people and very professional about service.
