Had a "normal" service and oil change done, tired rotated. They also checked my battery for winter and it was not charging correctly, so they replaced it with a new one, so I'm ready for the cold! John was in to talk to all of us in the waiting area, which you don't see in any other dealership. Everyone is very laid back, honest, and respectful towards we, the customers!

It was a bit rough to start. Service was extremely backlogged, and my car wasn't put on the computer for two weeks to know what was wrong with the car. (It broke down and let me sitting...tow needed). I had just bought the car in February. The issue was covered under my extended warranty, but there was also a dead battery. However, upon talking to my sales representative and the dealership, they agreed to cover the cost of the battery. The owners and employees are REALLY GREAT about taking care of their customers.

I brought my truck in for Recall, fluid change, tire rotation, and headlight adjustment. I honestly was expecting it to take a long time, but everything was done much quicker than I anticipated. I also like how, when the work is done they explain everything they did! I also drive 40 minutes to this dealership, while I have two other options that are closer, but I trust Regester way more then the other dealerships.

Returning home on 322 there is a long stretch of highway with very little crown on the road.The car tracked very well with no drift to the left or right.Plus the steering wheel is centered perfectly.Thank you so much.

This may sound weird. Somehow an animal of some kind (rodent) got int the wiring of my truck. It was working perfectly on Saturday, by Monday morning all the warning signals were going off when I started it up. I called the dealership where I bought the truck (and had all the service work done). I told them about what was going on and they said bring it in, I told them that I was afraid to even drive it. I always got a free loner if they had to keep it. I also told them I needed a truck, while mine was in the shop. They delivered a truck and took mine. They told me what was going on and the damage that was done. As it turned out my best option was to turn it into my insurance. Which I did. The repair cost was about $5300.00, insurance covered all but $100.00. Register dealership fixed it and kept me informed of all the work along the way. Well done guys!

Pleased with the service at Regester Chevrolet. Very displeased with GM. The repair done to our 2019 Silverado is something GM has been aware of for years, but chose to only do a Customer Satisfaction program for certain VIN numbers in Canada and Alaska. Many 2019 Silverado owners, in the United States, have had the same thing happen to their oil cooler lines. GM claims it goes by VIN number. We are very displeased with GM and my husband said this will be his last GM product.

Our Equinox set a code and went into low power mode @ 4:30 pm and by 6:30 pm Regester's had brought us a loaner and picked it up.. The next day by 5 pm they called and said it was ready to go and we could pick it up. They are great people and very professional about service.

We were stranded at about 8:30 pm on a Thursday. Regesters came and picked up the car the next morning, took it into their shop, diagnosed and repaired the issue on Friday, and we were back on the road in it by 2:30 Friday afternoon. They honored the warranty, and we were not required to make any payment. Very pleased with their response and attention to detail.

My appointment was scheduled for 8am. As it was a shuttle service, I understood that my vehicle may be picked up a bit later than that. However, my vehicle was not picked up until around 1pm. I was unable to leave my home because, while I opted to have a loaner dropped off, I had to wait far longer than expected for that to happen. I had to cancel an apportionment I had due to the complete disregard for my originally selected time.
